Shipping and Delivery

Fresh Truffles

The delivery cost on the fresh Tasmanian truffles is $20 this is a set price and does not change with the weight of the truffles.

The truffles are express posted on Monday through Thursday for next day delivery, in most areas we can obtain overnight delivery.

Any order received by midday can be sent that same day.

We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries.  The recipient will receive an email from us and Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched by email which will include a Australia Post tracking number.

The fresh Tasmanian truffles are packed in an insulated polystyrene box with ice cells to ensure the safe transit and to optimise freshness.

The package can be delivered to your home or work address or to your nearest Post Office for collection.

Truffle Products

The delivery cost on the Truffle products is $14.5 this is a set price and does not change with the weight or size of the order.

The truffles products are posted on Monday through Friday.  We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries.  The recipient will receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched.

You will be notified immediately your package is dispatched by email which will include an Australia Post tracking number.

Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Malaysia

The delivery cost on the fresh Tasmanian truffles is $28 this is a set price and does not change with the weight of the truffles.

The truffles are Express posted on a Monday and Tuesday

 Delivery time to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Malaysia is 2-3 business days.

We use Australia Post’s International Express Service.

You will receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched.

The recipient will receive an email from us and Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched by email which will include a Australia Post tracking.
