We have conducted research on the benefits of pruning the different tree species we produce for French truffle production.
Our experience has shown that the different tree species require different techniques to maximise French truffle production.
As part of our ongoing research we advise many of our truffle growers to apply different pruning treatments in their trufferies so an annual assessment can be made against truffle production.
