The truffle harvest commences in mid June and runs through to early September.The truffle harvest commences with the arrival of the frosts and the freezing nights which brings on the wonderful aroma of the French truffle. We do not start the harvest until the truffles have reached maturity to ensure the highest quality truffles.
The truffles are produced in the cold areas of Tasmania.

During the harvest period we are harvesting daily and pride ourselves that we can have truffles delivered to their destination within 24 hours of harvest.
We market our French black truffles direct to truffle lovers and home cooks. The truffles are dispatched the same day they are harvested for overnight delivery.
We distribute through Australia Post using Express Post bags for delivery directly to your home or to the nearest Post Office. The minimum order is 50 grams.

The Tasmanian First Grade truffles are slightly smaller and have been trimmed to remove some slight imperfections.
The truffle perfume and flavour are the same as the Extra Grade truffles.
The price of the First-grade Tasmanian truffles is $2.5 a gram.
