The sweet, fragrant honey is laced with chopped black truffle, creating a balance of earthiness and sweetness that explodes in your mouth with flavour.
The truffle honey adds sweetness and the nuances of the truffle, complements marinades for poultry dishes and can be drizzled over cheese or served with steamed vegetables.
All our truffle products are made from our freshly harvested Tasmanian black truffles harvested through the winter months.
The product contain locally produced Tasmanian truffles with no added artificial aromas.

Fresh French Black Truffles
Shipping is $20 for fresh truffles.
The next shipment of French truffles is arriving on Tuesday the 2nd of February and will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery..
We use Australia Post’s eParcel system for all deliveries. The recipient will receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched by email which will include an Australia Post tracking number.
The truffles are packed in an insulated polystyrene box with ice cells to ensure the safe transit and to optimise freshness.
The package can be delivered to your home or work address or to your nearest Post Office for collection.
Truffle Products
The truffles products are posted on Monday through Friday. We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries. The recipient will receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched.
