Truffle Harvesting Experience

Rosewood Trufferie & Perigord Truffles of Tasmania are pleased to announce French truffle harvesting experiences will be held on this beautiful Southern Highlands property - late June through to mid August.

Dates and costs are not yet finalised, depends on when the early frosts arrive and with it the intoxicating aroma of the subterranean fungi.

Guests will participate in the truffle harvest working along side the handler and truffle dog; freshly harvested truffles will be available for purchase and enjoy a lunch featuring truffles at Rosewood.
