Made from 100% Australian cream, fresh from a local farm: Country Valley Dairy in Picton, delivered straight to the doors of the factory. It is cultured over a two-week period, churned and then shaped by the hardworking and loving hands of Pepe Saya's passionate team.

We are marketing the cultured butter in packs of four 25 gram individual portions.
A little while back now I had a call from my mate Duncan Garvey. He'd been up to see Pepe Saya in Sydney, and was working with him on an exciting new product – a truffle butter, using fresh black Perigord truffles. Imagine my delight when I was offered to taste the first samples. My response when I was asked what I thought: "It was amazing. I even licked the wrapper." Just in case there are any doubters out there it is DELICIOUS. Although the suggestion was to let it melt slowly onto steak, I had mine spread onto sourdough toast, and it was one of the most satisfying lunches I have ever had. Light and luxurious at the same time, I just kept breathing in the intoxicating scent of the truffles mingling seductively with the cultured butter.
